With over seven years of experience, Rachel Harrison specializes in strength training that helps clients build confidence, develop structure, and achieve sustainable, long-term results.

She works extensively with the general population, maintaining a strong focus on individuals who are new to the gym or looking for clear direction. Her approach removes the guesswork; providing customized programming, hands-on coaching and accountability, so clients can progress with confidence from day one.

Rachel is particularly known for guiding women and the femme population towards strength and genuine enjoyment in their training. Outside of fitness, Rachel is deeply connected to creativity, community, and the outdoors. Based in Edmonton, she enjoys spending time at local events and supporting the community—whether that’s exploring the farmers market, walking through the river valley, attending the Taste of Edmonton, enjoying the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival, or catching a show at Rick Bronson’s The Comic Strip. She values connection and genuinely enjoys being around people and experiencing what the city has to offer.

Rachel is also highly creative in her personal life. She enjoys seasonal gardening, arts and crafts, sketching with pencil crayons, painting with watercolours, and creating unique pieces from thrifted finds. She loves the process of taking something old and turning it into something new.

An animal lover at heart, Rachel especially loves horses cats, and shares her home with her two felines, Raya and Cornelius - her self-appointed assistants in all areas of life.

In her downtime, you’ll often find her paddle boarding at lakes around Alberta, hosting backyard fires with friends, or simply spending time outdoors whenever she can. Balancing being with people and being with herself is important to her. Both ways of being spark joy!
