Personal training with Rachel has been an integral part of my fitness journey. Rachel has been training me since I started as a novice in the gym and has immensely helped me understand my body and its abilities to grow and improve. She always listens and caters workout programs to specific goals such as fat loss or working around an injury. She is also great at answering questions and explaining the necessity/requirement of an exercise. Her constant acknowledgement of my PRs is extremely motivating and I look forward to training with her every week.
I personally benefit a lot from the personal training services, my trainer Rachel is fantastic at creating fun and challenging workouts.
